You don’t always need a reso. We hold a few spots for walk-ins, but on busy nights they disappear fast.
Group size
We’re cozy, not a convention center. We’re best for smaller groups (6 or fewer).
Outside items
- $15 corkage for wine
- $1/person cakeage for desserts
- No outside food unless we’ve okayed it ahead of time

Planning a night at Ludica? Love that for you. We run things a little differently, so here’s the quick playbook before you book.
Food & drinks
Games are on us, but we’re a restaurant first. Plan on food and/or drinks — think roughly a meal per person.
Large groups
Groups of 6+ have an automatic 18% gratuity added. Orders might land a bit staggered, but we’ll keep the good stuff coming.
Arrival & no-shows
Please leave a same-day phone number we can actually reach. Running late? Give us a call. If we can’t get hold of you, we may release your table so the line keeps moving for everyone.
Table time
On busy nights, tables are booked for about 2 hours. Plenty of time to eat, play, and maybe win (or lose). If we’re not packed, you’re welcome to hang longer.
Families
We love families. Just a heads up: we’re not built for big kids’ parties or unsupervised chaos.
